Got out of work at 9am was just waiting til my class started and I saw some girl put this paper on a car. I noticed they parked all stupid after a truck parked in a way that blocked it in. A police officer showed up and i saw him pick up this paper and started laughing. I waited til he left to check it out. I was there for the whole thing! I wish I would’ve been there when the driver got there and realized what they’d done
