There's two categories, because sometimes when you're shopping you're feeling either kinda way. When you're feeling like a rich bitch you're perfectly fine with spending $30 or more no problem! 'Fuckin' Cheap As Shit' all started when my sister Amelia was asked to describe the Central Valley to someone who had never been in the area. She responded with, "Fuckin' cheap as shit!", which while totally untrue, is now just a colloquialism my friends and I share when we don't want to spend a lot of money.
